Have you ever though about what will happen when the internet gets cut in half? Let's say you live on an Island with 1000 people, suddenly Internet gets cut off the mainnet for the next 10 years. Your IOTA's will still survive, because IOTA isn't a mainnet currency. Your bitcoins won't survive.
Even if you have Quantum secure private key's on blockchain. Have you ever thought about quantum computers mining blockchains to death? One Quantum Computer will outcompete all your shitty GPU's, they can destroy bitcoin by hard forking it, etc etc.
