I have browsed this board since 2015 and have not bought a single cryptocurrency ever.

Yes I am now a millionaire.

I would say that the would eventually, but the fact is is that modern portfolio theorists, Bogle-sama and the rest of them, tapped into some kind of fundamental, animalistic nature.

The often repeated speculation that the more adoption of passive indexing that happens, the greater chance active management can exploit inefficiencies for huge profit, sounds true but as proven by this board, no amount of adoption can cure mammalian males from thinking they're smarter and better than everyone else.

There will never be a shortage of goyim chumps, is what I'm saying.

I graduated in 2015 when tuition cost $9000 per year, rent was $250 a month, and scholarships gave me $13k per year

the same school now costs $13k per year, rent is $350, and scholarships give $6k per year

college was quite literally half the meme a decade ago than it is today

I am just a little more farther along than you are at 30, with proportionally more in assets. I've been shooting for about 32 from the start. There is, in fact, a few major problems with this prospect OP. It's got nothing to do with what the street shitters in here are talking about, there is no jewish scam that's going to "rugpull" you.

1. The macro picture: you don't know how long the gravy train is going to last. In case you haven't noticed, your income is ridiculous; you aren't actually worth what they pay. At any point there could be mass reductions in force and overpaid wagies may wind up unable to find income. Possibly for a long time. The market would of course go to shit for that time making things even farther out of reach. It's fine to keep an age based goal, but realize you may be setting yourself up for disappointment when you get there and things outside your control prevent you from achieving it.

2. The micro picture: you only have six years on the clock. If they haven't already, here in a little bit they will begin foisting more responsibility and work unto you. Do not think you will be the same at 35 as you are at 28 because they WILL attempt to run you ragged and squeeze out every last bit. I don't know you so maybe you're actually wanting the next (greater than) half of your career to be ran through the ringer, but don't think they won't. Because you've already sized up your exit, you already know your income is good enough to reach it. This is a big problem for corporate America, so if you don't get laid off you can instead expect to find yourself in an up-or-out situation, where going up will turn the next several years of accumulation into absolute hell.

I mean yeah it does make me feel bad, very bad
A single month of her income would be enough to walk into my office Tuesday morning and tell my boss that I will be leaving in two weeks
It would be enough to live a comfortable middle class life, debt free, in perpetuity, without the dependence on an employer

I never got into crypto either
maybe if I had I could relate to other people my age better
if I came off as more personable maybe I'd have actually gotten laid

When I was in K-12 it felt like everyone was equal, because we were told as much. Sure, some kids did better than others but I felt like as long as kids learned what they really needed to we'd all come out the same in the end. It wasn't presented to me that the choice of higher education basically established your socioeconomic status for the rest of your life, these counselors and whoever would sugar-coat just about anything so as not to discourage people from local junior college, tech school, etc.
Over the four years of undergraduate school those egalitarian beliefs were slowly stripped away, many people dropped out but they were out of sight and out of mind, so I never bothered to think what became of them.
Once I was out of school and in a well paying job the reality that we live in a cruel animalistic society hit me like a brick wall. I was running into former classmates and acquaintances on the other side of the cash register at Walmart. Life is bad and sad for most people.

I honestly can't tell.

I've done it between the ages of 22 and 26 after graduating college. I'm not sure precisely how many tens of thousands I've saved, it's probably well over $35k, which has been invested in a good bull market run these past years. I will be moving out soon only because I'm finally getting tired of their controlling ways, the chores they make me do, and the shitty diet. I think my income is too high to warrant this quality of life and I find myself asking why I put myself through the trouble of university and work to end up exactly where I was at 18 and prior.

I honestly don't know how this impacted me in terms of social development, because my development was already stunted to begin with. I don't think my social life is non-existent. I have lots of friends and go out once in a while but I certainly didn't date before or after moving back. I don't really think I would date even if I lived on my own.

even though tattoos are fine to have on most of your body now for employment, tattoos are meant to mean something to other people
the ones (especially stupid cunts) who say they got them for sentimental reasons are the absolute worst
if you're covered head to toe in tattoos that mean nothing to anyone you look like an idiot and everyone thinks so
