Yeah I've worried about this, but I don't think letting that worry prevent me from shooting my shot is the right play, as long as I've got myself legally protected. In the end if the marriage falls apart, I'll be satisfied if I've reproduced. If I wind up with 3 failed marriages two kids each I'd be way happier than I am now with zero marriages and zero kids.

Get an old mall or some other big building nobody is using. Change part of it into apartments do everyone working at the Science Foundation can live there.

Staff the food court with maids. Have them keep the place clean.

Use space from an old department store to make a big library.

Convert shop space and other spaces into areas to work and have meetings. Labs for making electronics, etc. Work space.

Get all the Scientists and Mathematicians to work on counting big numbers.
