how do i beat ocd and being a tard "perfectionist"? its torturing me ever since a child.

few examples:

>used to throw away my most overpowered yugioh and pokemon cards because they had light scratches and were then worthless in my opinion
>when i accidently trained def 2 on my runescape pure i had to restart a new account from scratch because its not perfect
>when i fail nofap on oct 1 i need to restart on nov 1 because 2nd date looks terrible
>when i fail nofap i need to fap 3 times that day
>idk why prob cause i been lifting for years and sets of 3 is in my head now
>if i binge after midnight then the day is already ruined and i stuff myself with food until im close to puke
>i drink until i nearly pass out or stay sober
>its either all or nothing
>either i drive a porsche or amg or rather take the bus
>either i have an ap on my arm or no watch at all
>i bulk on 6000 calories and cut on protein modified fasting
>emy whole workout regime has to be free weights, machines are not "clean"
>as a child i wanted a nintendo ds. when i got it and it got a first scratch i didnt want it anymore
>same with any smartphones
>either my room is 1a cleaned or looks like dogshit
>etc etc
