I have. I took a small amount of spare disability payments and invested them two months ago, portfolio is at £5300 currently. It's not much but it's a start. 52 hours a week was my main job, I was working another job on the side. I had one day off a week if I was lucky. It was too much. I have improved my skillset, I haven't just been sitting on my ass all this time doing nothing. I learned psychology, I got in shape, I learned to build and repair computers. Problem is, going to college to get the bit of paper I need to be a psychologist means I lose my income. I don't want to swap houses because as much as I hate the city, my family is here. Like I said, I'm not looking to work. I'm done with working, I went that route, and it's not the way I want to live. What I want is the government to fuck off and stop telling me how much I'm allowed in savings before they decide that an arbitrary number in a crypto wallet means I no longer have a permanent condition. I want them to not take 45% of my earnings to give to immigrants. It's not just about not working, it's about not funding an illegitimate government and my own replacement.
