It's not that big of an issue like china replaces are factories with higher tech so robots do the producing anyways.
Japan never had immigration or anything they too replaced lot of stuff with robots and right now balance for workers is pretty good, the falling demographics seem to be a meme mostly there is no big need for human labor now or especially in the future
