i think this makes sense, basically the whole rally since november was based on the premise of:
1. fedman cutting rates on a timely manner
2. muh soft landing
now that he confirmed that 1. will not be happening anytime soon and 2. may not be as soft as we thought since banks are burning again we basically have no sentiment to rally off
i think, in a way, we are coming back to the reality we started ignoring back in october
the AI rally as well has basically narrowed down to the companies that are actually putting out good earnings like NVDA and MSCI, it's not like back in march where everything related would just pump
i think the market got way ahead of itself and we'll be having a wild ride these next couple of months
