I had a lot of problems to cash out €110k in the peak of the bubble, took me several weeks of chasing them, completely unnecessary documents... 4 times I had to send my pic because they did the old "well let's open a new petition" to restart the timers so the next time they could say "oh, but this petition is only 5 days old.... oh I can't see another one I'm sorry lets restart again send me a picture of you holding your id and..." several days pass "oh that pic is not good send me another one..."
And I was client since 2017...
I would cash out anon. better safe than sorry.
