Forbes had this article recently that goes over his cool techy hawaiian island but more importantly a system that he's building for trump. The way I imagine it is, and hoping, that maybe this could be the shuffle that they will give rise to chainlink as he says it's mostly a clearinghouse and of course we all know that data is only as good as what's put into it.

I also read other countries, name south korea I believe, have been very innovative and have a phone scanning API set up. Basically works like a stoplight with 3 codes of red yellow and green. Red means you must stay home, yellow I forgot, and green you're good obviously. And with this phone scanning api set up is it scans the phones you come into contact with near you (internet of things here we come) and keeps that data so it helps the government have amazing pinpoint accuracy of breakouts occurring.
