IRC faucet now available!

We have implemented an IRC faucet system, where you can type the following commands on our irc channel every 24 hours to receive free Pandacoins (PND): !panda !faucet or !gimme

When 32 billion PNDs are mined, it markets the end of the 3 month Proof of Work mining/distribution phase. After that, only ways to obtain PNDs would be to stake coins on your wallet at a rate of 2.5 annual interest, direct your mining rig to the PND multipool or purchase them on an exchange.

Miners with rigs and/or potatoes would not longer be able to directly mine it, but instead, through the multipool - mine other alt coins, sell them, then buy PNDs via exchanges as payouts for the PND multipool miners
