in theory this works but the underlying real value in the world is not infinitely scalable. It's restricted and yet we have all these tech companies and entrepreneurs trying to milk out more value than actually exists. You're fighting over the same shit. Now lets say you became a leading expert in robotics or vertical farming or nuclear energy, fields that directly create more value. You could get into consulting then leverage that into a website or business or book which is essentially afk money at that point, also you'd actually be helping the world

Is a mansion a stupid buy AFTER the crash? Property taxes+maintenance would probably be pretty expensive. Not enough to just buy it. Other costs along the way. I was interested in a ~13k sqft home for 3 mil (maybe 1.5m after the bubble pops), but idk.

Fud me. I need to know why a normal home (say 2000sqft) would be better than a mansion financially speaking. Or is bigger better here in terms of money? My goal isn't to flip homes, but I also don't want to do something financially retarded by accident.
