Avalanche developed their own revolutionary consensus mechanism from scratch. Then they built 3 different VMs to run ontop of the consensus which created the the x-chain, p-chain, and c-chain. Now lets have a look at the Polyjeets. They stole an old and busted version of Tendermint from Cosmos. They stole BNB's idea of a taking an EVM and putting it on a group of centralized high power servers, removing block size limit and dropping fees(to the point that high traffic caused massive reorgs, congestion and liveness failure). They tricked midwits from ETH into thinking that their sidechain was secured by ETH(it's actually only secured by a 5/8 multi-sig). Then they used their ill-gotten gains to buy out a bunch of half-baked and failing projects and spent the rest of their money on marketing and jeet shills to claim that they are only months away from finishing development on all 12 piles of their vaporware shit.
It's the vaporware of ADA combined with the centralization of BNB, multiply it by 12 and add an aroma of curry and diarrhea. That's what MATIC is.
