You bought $5 Calls for Jan '20 that means you have till Jan '20 to execute on the option of buying 100 stocks. Thats what an option is. An option gives you the option to buy 100 shares of NMM for $5 a share. It is .13 cents because the probability of this garbage stock going to 5 is not likely by next January.. To break even it would have to rise 388% like it says in your picture... even then has to go over in increments to make money

The real money with options is gambling on something like SNAP. Say I bought $6 Mar '21 calls for snapchat. News just broke yesterday and SNAP is already trading at $8 premarket. This means that I still have till Mar '21 to sell this options contract for 100 shares I have the right to buy at $6... potential for it to to high is time telling.. time is your friend the longer the option
