Made It Checklist:
1. Pay off all debt, I don’t have much but I have some and that should always be top priority
2. Buy a house, I know what area I want and I will pay in cash to secure myself a home I can raise children in
3. Build a boomer portfolio that isn’t 100% GME (assuming the market isn’t completely destroyed along with Israel)
4. Fix my fucking teeth, probably going to be an out of country expense that I can include as part of a fun vacation
