The Home Depot (ticker HD) is probably entering prime buy territory this year or maybe next year too. I saw that basic necessities are at an all time high in 30 years as a porportion of income and food prices are sticky, then I remembered the Home Depot employee anon talking about how business has just been dead for him. Things are gonna get really bad soon. But it's not as if the things Home Depot sells will ever be needed less, if anything, people neglecting home and lawn maintenance and renovation for a time until times become good again will only create a delayed demand since every rotted siding or chipping paint or invasive tree needs to be dealt with eventually.
