i think that after everybody understand the potential of the dvpn global marketplace, even centralized VPN providers will start offering tehir services on sentinel dvpn platform.
in the end i think sentinel will create many smaller vpn companys with trusted reputation offering bandwidth on the same platform, with way lower costs then current option.
this way you get the benefit of a trusted company on a decentralised vpn offering you the best choice, and the possibility to route through multiple vpn companys with the multy hop relay net
