Actually my dad was an extremely successful real estate agent who helped a lot of people find and buy a home. There has been a huge outpouring of people who have reached out to offer help. And desu if he had actually run his property management as a business, he probably would not have been stressed, because apparently there is a running joke that a tenant would come in short on cash and he would give THEM money. These days there are tons of options for a high yield savings and its good to have your safety net squared away before touching ANYTHING else.

I have an account with alliant I just opened up. 2.16 percent interest compounded monthly. I'm also going to keep part of my savings in stablecoins on nexo. 8 percent interest compounded daily. Pretty rad.

So what's the deal with currencies that aren't recognized as legal securities in the US? I know all these exchanges get grilled by the government, but can the government fuck me over for holding them if I say, bought a huge stack of Fantom or Nexo? Even if they become legal?
