Its just been fudded to death and many people got burned because its past swings have been so violent. Look back to December, bitcoin was in a bullrun not NEO, then come January as everything was collapsing, only NEO was going up so everyone jumped into it. When it fell, it left A LOT of bag holders at $150+. It'll do another huge violent swing one day to $350 and probably leave bag holders again.lol

NEO moved to a gaming focus short term because its low hanging fruit and the perfect testing grounds for future financial services. Games like EVE has enormous economies and if that can be done on NEO, then the East will feel much more comfortable putting their data on NEO/Ontology.

NEO is also ahead of ETH now technology wise because it has the dual coin system(so no need to waste time on PoW-PoS solutions), digital identity is actively being worked on by Ontology and TheKey and the scalability will be done around if not sooner than ETHs. You really think some shitcoin like Holo or Zil will be able to out fund NEO? An organization thats been around before Bitcoin was even a thing in China?

Finally China is working on its digital dollar now, by the time 2020 rolls around NEO will be in the PERFECT place to take advantage of its tech, mission purpose and China coming back into play.

So we're gonna have this thread every night huh? GAS is the ETH equivalent of PoS, NEOs tech never had to face PoW. NEO market makers sell their GAS for NEO, it will never overtake NEO.

NEO is still on track to be the #1 blockchain for developers because of its technology(GAS, DBFT, Actor model, etc.), its ease of use via multiple languages and digital identity. Digital identity is going to be enormous when governments start to regulate crypto...hint...its already starting. ETH will lose because its ecosystem isnt focused and theres no focus on digital identity.

So heres the thing. The free market isnt real. GAS having a lower supply doesnt actually mean anything because NEO whales have been selling their GAS and converting it into NEO. Whales control the prices on both coins and they're not going to want to let NEO fall when they own most of it. So no, its not like buying ETH at $1. GAS to NEO is PoS to ETH...thats it, NEO never had to deal with PoW due to its superior technology.

Now as for the anon who said the gaming coin. You have to realize no one is going to allow financial markets to run on blockchain technology until its been proven. Gaming ecosystems like EVE are perfect tests for the tech to handle data like that. Gaming is the low hanging fruit and testing grounds for future financial institutions.

NEO is literally going to beat out ETH due to its focus on gaming ecosystems, digital identity and its technology. I feel so bad for biz but then I remember most of you came in December and got burned by the January NEO pump and I laugh instead.
