the company can easily be bought out. they almost broke even on cash flow but the default on the ABL facility messed them up when JP morgan demanded all their money back and the shorts kept pushing the price down which made the dilution excessive. now with chapter 11 the reverse split and dilution is canceled and there's M&A on the table which could fuck the shorts royally. M&A is what we were hoping for all along since that's what RC suggested in his letter to the board.
