giga rate hike to 10 or 15% to crush housing market. Will Create massive homelessness but will save the economy.
massively reduce immigration to 100 or 200k per year keeping current rates

Data is what I need and crave, but APIs charge an arm and a leg for 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K jsons of line items that rarely go back beyond 2009 (like EDGAR). Is there anywhere I can find this stuff so I can train a model? I need decades of hundreds of securities.
