The point being they want more, but the very system keeping them alive is denied what they owe. The numbers bear that out. Also that, with the government losing its ability to engage in graft, so too should the plebeians it supports.
What else the numbers tell us, is that almost 60% of all government spending goes towards 'people' who've dedicated their lives to taking what they are not owed, and never giving to those they do owe. AND, if the FED transfers money directly to their individual Treasury Account, then directly to pay all bills FIRST, the amount of money lost on these gibs will decrease.
So no, once the UBI system is implemented, it will not incentivise to work anymore then the failed welfare system does. BUT it will prevent them from defrauding the taxpayers that support this system.
