how to get things to talk about. get some fuckin hobbies you dummy, or just talk about shit that's .... related to what you feel. or use pic related but think you retard, you don't open conversation with a fuckin personal question. ask about weather, compliment any item from her outfit, compliment hair etc.

don't filter yourself to the extreme, don't make yourself vulnerable at first. let that girl feel you open in front of her only.

eye contact - it's a must in all human contact you retard. i know it's hard, but here's a cool shit for you to train. focus on one eye only. it means lock your eyes with person you are talking to and focus on that eye. dont move around a lot, sometimes you can break it, but if you are talking to someone look them dead in the eye- even if you are burning and shouting inside.

that shit will pass sooner than you think and you will act like a fuckin human in conversation.
