I've thought about this a lot. Honestly, many of the problems Biden is having right now would have happened under Trump term 2, although mostly because Trump couldn't manage the deep state, particularly the National Security Council.

Always going to happen after fifteen years of ZIRP
>War with Russia
Politically, Trump could never back down whilst the Russian collusion narrative was still going
>Fuel crisis
Trump would have helped the most here with Keystone, etc, but ESG was still a thing
>Afghanistan
Trump wanted to pull out but again the NSC stopped him
>Culture war, fake news, Silicon Valley kulturkampf
Little Trump could do

Now Biden has come in and blown all these pending crises up, and the kulturkampf/White genoicde has reached such a pitch that it can no longer be denied. Trump 2024 would be far more powerful than Trump 2020. He could basically do anything and it will be a drastic improvement. It's a once-a-century opportunity, equivalent to the mess FDR inherited.
