30 cents is being rejected because no one else but people already involved in our schizo club want to buy in. Buys of XRP are always timed when BTC upticks, so the price can feed off of bitcoin's momentum as well.. Even with that still we can't break 30 cents.. No one else new is going to become a bag holder, this is just existing bag holders doubling down (like pic related redditor) and feeding off bitcoin's gains. We need Ripple's help to pump this to the price levels seen before, but they can't do anything under SEC scrutiny.
