Having running water is a huge plus! I love AZ cause there are no laws prohibiting the collection of rainwater as well. I gotta get a few more tanks put in before i really do anything big. My list goes more water storage, bee hives (cause wild flowers grow real ez up here and are super ez to plant) then build up fencing to keep the wild life out

If you have that you are much better off than needing to spend your stack post whatever to get it/survive. 64ish oz of silver get you in the top 1% of silver holders world wide. We have probally closed in on a 1/4 oz total probally a bit less. We haven't gone out but maybe 2-3 times this year work has been popping so I have neglected going out as much.
We sold a bit to buy more shit. Wont go selling to that buyer they only paid 65% of spot got some new pans and a mini sluice box we cant use up here lol.
Out side of the original investment I didn't wanna put more money into it than necessary and only put back in what we get out. I should have gotten a metal detector but we live and learn.

What state if you don't mind me asking? We get flood gold where I'm at. There is a mine way up stream that brings us our shit during the monsoons. Its been a real wet year already and we are on a good spot hopefully we get bigger pickers and nuggies deeper down!
