Trans girl I am from the UK.

I am currently on an apprenticeship in the UK and I live on a campus whilst I am studying for my professional qualifications. There are around 160 apprentices on campus and a few of them are trans (females identifying as males).

Their presence is starting to bother and affect my experience at work. For example. Fitness and personal training is part of the program to get us ready for the physical elements of our job. However the fitness program has been cancelled and given what the trans said in passing when talking in the group it was because one of the other apprentices is non binary and was offended that she had to identify as a gender to calculate her body measurements.

I was in our on site bar yesterday and whilst I was washing my hands, fromthe toilet cubicle one of the trans girls came out this really bothered me and made me feel uncomfortable. On one hand I shouldn't care but I don't really see this person as male and don't accept the idea that I have to disregard her biological gender just to spare her feelings and that her comfort comes at the expense of my own.

I feel like writing a anon letter to the program manager but I'm scared that it will be considered harassment and I will be dismissed.

Does anyone have any experience in this? What do you think I should do?
