If you're in EU and incapable of traveling outside for banking, you can use Revolut instead. Used them for over 6 years whenever I'm in the region, sending regular offshore transfers and in recent years revolut-to-revolut trades on bisq with no issue. They asked me for SOF once, provided proof of my regular income through chat and they said "thanks" and never bothered me again.
