Well yes, inflation means that they are now not rising anymore as severely. But we won't go back as deflation is bad, LE BAD, because it is bad for the debt of the state which there is a a lot.

Core is still above 4% AND... AND... for headline inflation we are on y/y peak. Last year october-november inflation peaked in EU.
