so i know i'm totally fucked and never going to get my XRB (millenials won't understand this symbol) out of this shitstain of an exchange, but i do login to check my balance, and it always goes down.

If i wasn't part of the original hack (for months my balance was the same), is this guy just literally stealing money despite being under investigation? Did he flee? Wtf happened post the May 2nd re-closure of this retard's exchange? Was it hacked again and again?
