Seriously, op, please give the nearest intersection, town & state to this school; I'll come help set it up, cuz it sounds perfect; their fiber backbone is probably still intact, providing free internet access, and the electricity will stay on all winter to keep the pipes from freezing with strategically placed heaters (if there's a building manager who keeps the place from utterly going to shite).

Let's take this place over and live for free. We could even reopen it as a private school for the gifted....
