>How much do you use?
Usually a full ring. It doubles as padding to make the round fit snugly. Some coins fit snugly anyway (I have both 39 and 41 mm capsule in stock). If it fits snugly, I figure no air will get in anyway, so I don't bother with the paper.
Pic related, you can see some need it, some don't. The black paper for labels are just Post-It notes.

Only the one-offs. I have bought tubes and keep those rounds in the original tubes. It's actually easier at some point to just have a system.
