so basically i started lifting to take care of weight problem, and look good in some clothes. many ways to do it, counting calories + intermittent fasting combined with weight training works best for me. 4-6 hours eating window, fast for remaining hours (24h clock).

about face/head shape only thing you can do is take care of what you can. fix your teeth, get hygiene to fuckin 9 or 10/10. that means shower like a motherfucker (bath is for gays), brush your teeth, get a haircut, trim your beard (i dont have full so i just buzz it, dont shave fully).

and here comes the big one- the girls. you take care of yourself, meaning you get in shape, you get your hygiene up like motherfucker - girls will notice that already but you will notice this aswell.
