I think the same can and will happen to Brave and BAT but its going to happen in the next bull cycle for the stock market as we bobo right now. The main play for the platform is going to be the acquisition from either Google or going public but its been stated many times that the token comes with the platform when they sell, and from all indication they do expect to be bought out at some point. This is reinforced by the fact that they're backed by VC's, so they expect a return on investment at some point, which is good for all of us as it guarantees a sale in the future that will pump the price. This will be the next bitcoin to make it into the news cycle as far as crypto goes. Now someone can say that it won't be the case when push comes to shove but as investors you sell the rumor, so just let that fact be in the back of your mind if and when that time comes. But ya they are growing at an exponential rate still. I've come across Brave publishers in places where I least expected it, like nascar and gun channels.
