FDs are fun but way too hard to manage theta

I keep 40% of my net worth in my options act and try not to expose more than 15% of that on an individual trade (I'm not good at this, doubling down has saved my ass too many times to count). Proceeds go to real account if it gets too big. I usually blow it up eventually and only refill once every year or two. Makes my net worth kind of volatile, but after the first two blow ups I've managed to beat S&P.
