NAFLD (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease) is an very common and often symptomless disease caused by the buildup of fat in the liver. In some cases, people with NAFLD will develop NASH (Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis), in which inflammation and liver cell damage are present in addition to the buildup of fat in the liver. In its later stages, people with NASH can develop fibrosis (scarring) in their livers, which can in severe cases progress to liver cirrhosis, an extremely serious and life-threatening condition. The NASH market is forecasted to be worth $20-$35 billion dollars by 2025, and most large players in the NASH space (MDGL, ICPT, VKTX, etc) are focused on treating fibrosis and preventing progression to cirrhosis. One example of a company focused primarily on treating cirrhosis, however, is GALT.

I took a "medical skills" class when I was in the 8th grade, and I can remember some firefighters coming over and talking about what it was like to be a first responder, and they showed the class some stock gore pictures from rotten.com and claiming that they "happened in the area"
Here's a good "shock factor" gore video from bestgore, if you haven't seen it
I'm neutral to gore now
I used to be interested in it when I was in my edgy middle schooler phase, but now I'm just indifferent to it

Use your common sense anon, the big crash will require a deeper trigger than we've had so far, and the underlying economic picture hasn't progressed to that point yet. It'll be another couple months yet. Until then, there might be the occasional correction, but don't believe the end is neigh until we're talking about large amounts of small banks defaulting or a couple very large banks going under. While there's still some liquidity flowing, people will play the game.
