For TV? Waaaaay too product based. Not enough about her story or her student's story.
That bit where she says "I didn't want to show musician as old men in tuxedos" and that "music is for everyone" about 2:15 in, that's what you need to build on. That's what will get her on TV. That's a story - she's crusading to change the tide against the closed off elite music scene.
But also it's not that true, I know when I think of 'musicians' I don't think of your stereotypical classical musician, I think about 20 year olds in dingy bars putting beers on top of their amplifiers. Beer, spit and sweat.
I know I'm not your target market, but just something to consider.
