They're basically Palantir for school buses/transit except they're still reasonably valued and big funds aren't buying them because it's still too small and illiquid. They started growing rapidly since they pivoted to providing technology solutions as well (AI recognition with their hardware), prior to this they were basically essentially a dashcam company. Engineers are competent enough that they have a small contract with the US air force (just some planes in the Dover Air Force base). The CEO and some of the engineers come from Silent Witness which was a company that was bought out by Honeywell at a big premium long long ago.
What's more interesting is how healthy the company currently is. It's achieved profitability, longterm debt is negligible, plenty of cash on hand as well

it's not without its risks obviously. There's a lot at stake on whether the huge SEPTA contract gets renewed or not.
Who knows how long it's going to trade sideways until it gets some more news on a contract? That's why I'm not in too deep yet
