Private nets will be a private version of sentinel blockchain that corporations governments and banks will be able to host.
private nets will have dvpn nodes so that emplyees traveling abroad will be fully anonimized and safe from being spied, everything will be encrypted.

there will be also a second use for privatenets, centralized VPN companyes will be able to migrate their infrastructures or some of their nodes to sentinel protocol, so you could have for example a mini mulvad chain connected to sentinel chain, why would a vpn company do this ?
cause it potentially offers a broader audience and a safer service for end users, you will be able to route your traffic through multiple of those privatenets thanks to the relay net.
sentinel tries to bridge the compartimentalized vpn ecosystem while also offering the possibility for end users to monetize their bandwidth.
sentinel will look to uberize the bandwidth world, by offering new monetization incentives to small consumers and by integrating with legacy vpns

The Sentinel V3 update will feature fully rebuilt clients along with a microservices architecture that will allow for dApp developers to integrate the Sentinel dVPN into their distributed and decentralized application via an API

A critical update from SENT, the previous monolithic structure of the Sentinel desktop client has been split into a microservice architecture based backend and front-end

spidervpn users will be able to remotely access the #dVPN on their router

https://github.com/ironman0x7b2/client/blob/development/main.go

In the previous client, the UI and the application logic is in the same desktop client codebase which has been written in ReactJS.

There was no ability for other applications to integrate with the Sentinel dVPN network or for users to remotely manage their dVPN client

The new client features a binary file which starts a API server that allows for the UI to be imported from anywhere in the subnet.

On top of this binary anyone can write their own custom UI and also integrate dVPN and Sentinel account into their own app through the API server

What does this mean?

1) Remote management of Sentinel dVPN present in home router/raspi
2) Ability for enterprises/organizations to build applications ontop of the Sentinel network with dynamic UI that is maintained from their own server (users do not need to download a new installer for a UI update)
3) Ability for other applications to integrate Sentinel dVPN services and account system into their application

SENT is a staking token, when main net will launch q4 this year , you will be able to stake your coins and earn yearly yield of 15-25% in exchange for securing the chain, yield will vary depending on which validator you choose to delegate your tokens, some will have higher fees for higher security some the opposite.

SENT is also a payment token for the dVPN and a governance token for upgrades and management of the community pool (which one day might be worth millions like dcr or cosmos pool).

SENT dVPN nodes will also be able to stake SENT on their node as a trust bond to ensure quality of service to customers (and for subscriptions).

SENT staked will also earn you part of the revenue from the dvpn nodes (they will have a service , maintenance and network tax imposed on them it will be minimal and they will still be much cheaper then centralized competitors)

there will be various other secondary usecases and products launched on sent own chain that will produce continuous revenue, for example an internal dex to allow anybody to pay for the dVPN in any token.

probably you will also be able to pay data centers to host a node for you and get the profit generated in return, this way any sent holder will be able to become a vpn provider

the new turing 3 testnet for sentinel cosmos based blockchain has successfully launched and 2 of the biggest validators of cosmos are participating

A new upgraded #dVPN application will be launching on Turing-3 and dVPN nodes will be migrating away from the Ethereum Rinkeby testnet to Turing-3.

The Turing-3 also introduces several custom built Cosmos based modules (e.g transaction escrow), which will be fully open-sourced for other developers in the Cosmos ecosystem to integrate into their own dAPPs. More in-depth documentation will be released pertaining to the back-end functionality of the v3 client as well its micro-services architecture. This documentation will also focus on how the Sentinel decentralized VPN will interact with and utilize its future Cosmos/Tendermint based blockchain.

To find out more about the Turing-3 testnet and what it has to offer the ecosystem, read:
