What would you say based on your experience is the average cost and time of developing and launching a brand new eCommerce site (or at least, a reasonable expectation for it) that includes:

>custom responsive theme / design that requires both a CMS and separate shopping system
>importing several hundred products, all customer and discount code information from a different platform
>integrating 15+ extensions, about 5 of which require custom front-end development, and 3-4 that require compatibility optimizing with the others
>SEO optimization
>establishing a new backoffice system for accounting and shipping that requires company training
>maintaining current retargeting practices + adding new ones before launch e.g. social media product shopping
>multi-lingual and international support

I understand there are many factors involved and it is a little vague. But I'm fine with a vague answer. Just wanted to get an idea.
