I was a shut in NEET until 30. At 32 I have a T2 technical engineer position, host meetings with large multi-billion dollar companies and take on projects that require careful planning and skillful implementation.

As an ENTP though, I think my weaknesses are focusing and organization. That's why I make friends with the autistic folks. They can focus on the single tasks while I look at the larger picture and allocate resources where needed. Playing all those simulator games at mom's house really paid off.

There is no "best" MBTI. Everyone is a jigsaw piece, figure out where they belong.

Next piece on the board to move, at least related to oil, might be Venezuela. Lots of untapped potential, nobody to really veto it. US would just have to either nut up and oust Maduro, or else cut him a deal to lock in his regime if he plays by our rules (respect US capital, sell it first to us and in dollars).

If you see that happening, that's a big, big deal for the oil trade, i.e. oil done for another decade at least. EROI of Venezuelan oil is not great, iirc like 6-7, but US shale was like 2, and we were still able to subsidize the hell out of that to buy ourselves a whole decade of disinflation.
