Say my computer is infected with Spectre/Meltdown. What if i create a new wallet with the internet turned off and when it says to click "show private key" i never click that, so i don't even know my private key, then i just create a password and save the wallet file to a usb.

in theory, since the private key/seed was never shown to me, the only way my funds can be accessed is through the password + wallet file, correct?

If a virus was on my computer, it would of had to hoped i click show private key in order to see it right?
