wasn't really a bait, just didn't add ALL THE REASONS why people are interested in using the US as a surrogate for business. of course having the last standing military in a war is a good thing. america has a lot of value that extends past that, again, regulations are good. there was a recent BTC podcast about how miners are moving to the US because unlike places like Kazak that promised free sailing for miners, as soon as they moved in a month later they limited the amount of power they can use. not a thing in the US.
in addition the US is very versatile for immigration, in and out. the US passport while not the most powerful per se, is pretty close to the top.
