They've already started. Bohemian hipster liberal faggots build their soiboy businesses that fail within a year to once quaint suburban neighborhoods and bring the riff raff along. I've received several complaints from tenants and potential buyers about how horrendous things are on Fridays and the weekend once degenerates spillover from main thoroughfares and into residential areas to look for parking or visit their degenerate friends that always somehow end being 12 fucks living in a small 3 bedroom single family or condo. Granted, I live in Los Angeles and it's always been awful, but as of late the degeneracy has spread like a virus (heh) and out of its containment zones. LA had prime neighborhoods and now anything that isn't up on the hills has gone to shit.
