>Certain non doctorate medical programs and concentrations like Radiology or Anesthetist that will offer $150-200k paydays without the long winded medical school and residency track

I've concluded these are the best ways to play college. Law school is quite the grind and it takes a while to get to those high salaries, MD is a longer grind and again unless you're going into one of the $250k+ concentrations is literally not worth it.
