I'm holding big XRB and REQ, both got hit hard and haven't recovered. My portfolio reached $300K at the height of its glory. My portfolio is probably around $200K right now.

I'm now holding long term. Willing to hold for the rest of 2018 at least. I hate just holding doing nothing, so I have a small amount on Bittrex for trading in addition to my holdings. It's been growing slowly and is now almost 1.5 BTC. I make really conservative trades but it keeps me from going crazy looking at my holdings.

OMG is a good coin with good developers and a real company.
REQ is a shitcoin that has no real team or backing and will likely be vaporware.
VEN is a decent coin with decent connections.
LINK is literal dogshit

>At this rate
And at this rate I could put $100 into bitconnect today and in 6 years have about 300Billion dollars.
At this rate bitcoin will be worth 3Billion each in 5 years.

That's not an argument, brainlet.

>>4736431
The thing is nobody with actual money believes it's undervalued and will only buy in to dump the bags a little higher if they see the chance.

OMG is expected to have 200B tx volume minimum on launch in June, already with it's existing partnerships.
That equates to $80-200/coin valuation on launch based on a conservative 4-5% dividend yield from a very low 0.5% tx fee from the network.
That's not including it being a "growth" investment either which would pump it further.

That's real tangible money deposited in your account for processing tx.
Salt is a dream and a promise and generates nothing. It's hardly undervalued, especially compared to other cryptos like omisego, kyber, monero, factom...

>1) What are your current positions?
OMG, kyber, civic, dash, ethereum

>2) How long do you plan to hold these positions?
Till a huge moon/adoption; likely between 6 and 30months for each position.

>3) What is your exit pricepoint, %?
Omisego is a pure hodl till 800-1000% profit from current level before any daytrading; will likely hold indefinitely; kyber 8000%~, civic 1000%, dash I'm already up 300%, looking for another 4x minimum from here (making 1200-1600%) although depending on their strategies; potentially a long-term hodl.
Ethereum I'm looking for 3x minimum from here, potential another indefinite hold.

Have 30% of folio in cash waiting for dips if any occur or clear bull-runs.

>BONUS - Position size
Little civic, mild kyber, heavy omisego, mild dash (didn't accumulate as much as I wanted), overflow ethereum.

Never bet against Vitalik Buterin. Never bet against Omisego.

It's not too late /biz/. Thrusters are engaged and we're close to take off. Once this baby hits $10 it's go time. We'll see ETH/NEO type gains.

Enjoy those Visa transaction fees ($0.29 last I checked)

I agree though these cards are a practical bridge for the time being but the future means Visa gets cut out. Retailers have never been happy to have to rely on these methods that charge, frankly, exorbitant fees.

The back end of these services is likewise a nightmare of epic scale. Literally everything that makes it vulnerable to fraud and expensive to operate is completely solved by ethereum smart contracts.

Eventually retailers will adopt the robust e-wallet industry and cut the legacy systems out. Apple if they are smart will penetrate the market early with a partner like OmiseGo. Google will try to do it with Stellar. The banks will try with Ripple. The Chinese will try to export their TenCent and Alipay systems. Its going to be glorious chaos and a cash crash as countries around the world begin to digitize their currencies which will continue to pump capital into all these crypto assets until it reaches a market cap in the trillions.

No one is ever going to pay for anything that depreciates with Bitcoins. Its a store of value and a speculative asset, period. If you cash out you might as well buy a gun to shoot yourself with by early next year.
