What a good site to stream the suicide I’ll commit in 15 minutes?

My normie landlord who knows I’m in studying CS (moved in his apt to be closed to the university) just asked me how he can protect himself from divulging an idea before a demo and development.

I was really tired and talked him down just out of reflex (all of the guys who are not in the field that asked me how to make apps offer retarded pay, if any) but now I’m thinking: this guy is actually a landlord, might be able to get a couple of grands off of him. Ofc, I’m always interested in developing a good idea, but he really seemed too much enamored with his idea, without couldn’t even tell me what it was (not that I asked). Whole think was borderline pathetic.

Anyway, what do I tell him? Any you of autists can point me in some direction? He really wants to be sure I can’t run away with the idea of he tells me, so I need to make his sure if I want to move forward with this
