Assume this scenario...

>share price is 4.5
>cash per share is 6.3
>book value is around 10.2
>5 year positive growth net income
>P/E ratio of about 11
>company is a conglomerate with interests in property, power and sugar

Only bad things I can think of...

>low public float
>dividend yield is around 1%

Are the bad things enough reason for a stock to go sideways for more than a year?
