Like why don't we start actual companies that pay dividends if you buy their coin.

For example, say a new gold mining company wants to get started in Russia. However they lack the funds to get started. So they do an ICO and boom they have their funds. And a certain % of what they mine goes back to the coin holders.

There are literally billions of dollars in crypto in scamcoins that don't even work. Just imagine if coins were actually backed by something.
