You guys are dumping most of your cash into an S&P 500 ETF and aren't gambling shitcoins with literally all of your money, right? Surely that's just a running gag.

Why do people on Twitter and even on here say that the house market is crashing? If anything houses in my area have gone up by 20% in the last 3 months and have only been steadily climbing for the last 8 years. Want proof? Check the Zillow.

I don't understand the housing market. How and why are people throwing themselves into exorbitantly priced homes at 7% interest rates? My cousin is a hot-shot realtor and he's constantly closing sales within a week of being listed

I had what I thought was a good girlfriend until last month. She ended up leaving me seemingly randomly. The reason I say I only thought she was a good girlfriend is because the moment she left my life got better. my sex drive instantly came rushing back, I even have gotten morning wood again maybe four times a week for the last month whereas I used to not get it. Does anyone here own/operate a small business? What's it like? What advice would you give for someone interested in starting their own business? Are you past the 3-5 year mark where most startups fail? I don't have any post secondary business education - does it really matter that much?
