In 2013 when I was done with uni (So pretty much straight into a bull market). I also bought an apartment that has increased a lot in value (equity included in the 430k). I would like the stocks to go down so I could ACCUMULATE.

SR is pretty much 55% post-tax. My housing costs are cheap and I dont need a car.

Is it redpilled to move into my attic storage room and rent out my apartment on airbnb. I can rent out my apartment for ~$150 a night and get ~2/3 of the nights booked. My total cost of owning the apartment is ~1100 a month. There is a 24/7 gym 200 meters from my apartment.
